Pretty Green is seeking a B2B Marketing Account lead to join our award-winning team. Someone who understands our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet & performance.

THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Business Director, you will work with the PrettyGreen Growth team and wider business to execute comprehensive brand marketing, content, and communication strategies. These strategies aim to increase awareness of PrettyGreen and enhance our positioning to key target audiences in the UK and global communications industry with a view to the agency achieving its growth objectives.

You will collaborate with team members across the entire agency to create all marketing collateral and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Digital Marketing Exec.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the agency's business objectives and supports the Chief Growth Officer's growth vision.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Highlight the importance of strategic storytelling and audience engagement in the content creation process.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic messaging and goals.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including PR communications, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, ensuring measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Ensure marketing strategies and campaigns reflect the agency's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
  • Working closely with the Brand Director to ensure the agency's brand identity remains consistent across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Exec, supporting them to deliver against their accountabilities.
  • Maintain the agency's website, social channels (TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn) and digital presence, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing monthly reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Direct external consultants such as Trade PR freelancers, Designers, and Creatives to activate Marketing workstreams.
