We are offering a basic salary of £29,250 OTE £31,000 plus company benefits! This is a full time permanent role. We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms. You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry.
