Production Technician – Permanent
Location: Leominster
Hours: 38-40 hours Monday – Friday
Please note : Candidate must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Production Technician to join our team, contributing to the construction, testing, and production of our bespoke electrical products. This role involves:
- Electro-mechanical assembly work
- Soldering, cable crimping, looming & terminating work.
- Assembling parts with precision using hand and power tools
- Following technical instructions and interpreting engineering drawings
- Inspecting components for quality and tolerances before assembly
- Inspecting sub-assemblies and final products for defects before testing
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements: Successful candidate will need an electrical or mechanical background, strong technical skills, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
