An elite international law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to support its top-ranked Public M&A and ECM teams in London. This is a strategic role at the heart of the firm’s corporate offering — perfect for a mid to senior-level lawyer looking to combine deep technical knowledge with impactful internal training, content development, and client-facing support. Also suitable for existing Knowledge Lawyers seeking a change.

About the Role:

  • Drive and deliver the knowledge strategy for the Public M&A and/or ECM teams
  • Draft, maintain, and evolve precedents and practical guides aligned with market and regulatory changes
  • Lead internal training and provide on-the-spot legal and market guidance to fee earners
  • Keep the team informed on legal and regulatory developments (e.g. Takeover Code)
  • Contribute to client-facing insights, briefings, and training materials

About You:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in public M&A and/or ECM at a leading City or international firm
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK corporate regulatory framework
  • A strong communicator, excellent drafter, and proactive problem-solver
