Our thriving and busy Reading Dealership is looking for an experienced Parts and Service Advisor to join our front of house team to provide a service to customers which will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products Working Mon- Fri 08.00 – 17.00 – 40 hours, plus Saturday mornings, currently 1 in 3 paid at overtime Service: Ensure when working on the Front of House reception that customers are greeted professionally and with a friendly manner when booking in their vehicle, relaying back costs and information from their service and inspections etc. Updating the customer throughout with timelines and costs where applicable Ensure that the service area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.
