Your new company Holding over 50 year’s trade experience, you will be joining a team of dedicated, skilled and experienced tradesman who are specialists in providing facility and maintenance services to the residential and commercial property industry. Due to continued growth and increasing workloads, they are looking for a Gas Heating Engineer / Plumber to join their team. Your new role As a Gas Engineer you will be dealing with a large variety of work including domestic gas work, boiler breakdown repairs, installs, annual boiler services and all domestic plumbing work across commercial and domestic properties. You will be expected to work in accordance to industry best practice codes and legislation, with the ability to issue notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety. What you’ll need to succeed You will hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 2 with post qualification experience and Gas Safe. You will be competent with all plumbing diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repair. Previous domestic experience and experience in bathroom installations is required and competence in the installation of vented and unvented cylinders is desirable.
