Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead production-related activities for New Product Introductions (NPI). Support and maintain existing product lines and production documentation. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor and report production KPIs to stakeholders. Design and maintain engineering documentation including BoMs and work instructions. Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with regulations and internal policies. Oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of new production equipment. Provide operator training for safe and effective equipment use. Drive continuous improvement using LEAN manufacturing principles. Troubleshoot production line issues and liaise with internal/external teams. Manage manufacturing drawing preparation, routing flows, and consumables. Requirements & Skills: HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering field-Electronics / Mechanical Strong ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings. Experience in setting up and maintaining production line documentation and procedures. Knowledge and experience in autoCAD Strong communication and decision-making skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Flexible and adaptable with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude. Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals
