We are partnered with a privately-owned award-winning house builder, operating throughout the East Midlands to strengthen their Technical department with an instrumental hire. Reporting into the Operations Director, we’re looking for an organised, detailed and committed individual to support a small team of Managers with administrative duties and document control type responsibilities. Previous experience in the role with a developer or residential contractor would be preferred. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day admin support to the technical team, ensuring smooth project delivery. * Coordinate and distribute technical documents, drawings, and consultant information with precision. * Manage consultant records, regulatory submissions, and warranty applications. * Track purchase orders, invoices, and project fee schedules. * Organize and maintain digital filing systems for efficient access to project data. * Prepare and collate completion certificates, warranties, and EPCs for handovers. * Support sustainability reporting and public consultation logistics as needed. * Attend and minute project meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. * Proactively suggest process improvements and uphold the company’s premium standards
