Join us at our Staff Recruitment Event! Wednesday 04 June 2025 – Blossomfield Campus (B91 1SB) – 5.00pm – 7.00pm

Are you a passionate individual who wants to pass on their knowledge, skills and experience to our students? We are seeking hourly paid lecturers in the following areas:

  • Education and Early Years
  • ESOL (16-19 and adult learners)
  • Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering and Construction Management Level 4
  • Civil Engineering, Surveying Technician (Level 3) and Construction T Levels
  • Hair
  • Beauty Therapy
  • Travel & Tourism
  • Science
  • Customer service
  • Animal care/Animal Welfare – Level 2 and 3
  • English and Maths

This is a fantastic opportunity to come along and find out more about the College, the roles we have to offer and to see the facilities. Please note that any potential role would be hourly paid with variable hours. The hourly rate of pay for hourly paid lecturers is Β£28.93 per hour for FE course delivery and Β£34.43 per hour for HE course delivery, both rates include payments for preparation, marking and annual leave.

We are a successful, general FE college that provides opportunities for students of all ages. We are proud of the open and friendly environment within our organisation. At present we employ approximately 280 full time and proportional teaching staff within the main curriculum areas. We also employ approximately 350 support staff and approximately 180 part time teachers.
