School Administrator – Bromley | September Start Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and organisation? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to support a thriving primary/secondary school in on a temporary basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities. Start Date: ASAP or September 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay: Competitive, depending on experience Location: Bromley Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception Managing attendance records and pupil data using SIMS (or similar) Assisting with correspondence, filing, and document preparation Supporting with admissions, school events and general day-to-day operations Requirements: Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS) A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a busy school team Why Work with Us?
