Electrical Site Supervisor / Manager – Life Sciences Project (Cambridge) £55,000 – £70,000 + Benefits Package We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking M&E contractor delivering high-spec projects across the UK and Europe. Due to a newly awarded major life sciences scheme in Cambridge, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Site Supervisor / Manager to join the delivery team. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role on a large, technically complex project in a high-growth sector. You\’ll be responsible for managing electrical works on site, ensuring that all activities meet the project’s quality, safety, and programme expectations. The Role Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day electrical installation activities on site Ensure that subcontractors are working to agreed programme and to the highest standards Work closely with the Electrical Project Manager to report on progress, risks, and issues Conduct regular quality checks, ensure compliance with H&S standards and RAMS Assist with site logistics, material coordination, and ensuring the programme is met Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes What We’re Looking For Proven experience supervising electrical installations on large commercial or technical projects Background in life sciences, healthcare, or cleanroom environments is desirable Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong knowledge of electrical building services and installation practices SSSTS or SMSTS required along with relevant electrical qualifications What’s On Offer £55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience Full benefits package Long-term role on a major project with clear progression pathways Opportunity to work with a leading contractor in a growing sector If you’re an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor or Manager looking for a rewarding role on a technically exciting project — apply now to find out more
