Rapidly expanding financial services firm based in the Docklands, are looking to bring on board a Junior Dealer, to join their dynamic and fast-paced FX dealing team. This is a fantastic opportunity, for someone to join a growing company, work closely with the Head of department and play an important role in the growth of the desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Identify and propose products that limit currency risk fluctuation for clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, global economic developments, and industry news to anticipate potential impacts on currency prices.
- Ensure sufficient face-to-face time is given to partners/clients.
- Provide the best possible service to Group clients and always uphold high compliance standards.
- Work with colleagues and help build improvements.
- Identify further business within client base to be referred to other departments.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years experience within the Corporate FX industry, across Sales or Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Confident and open-minded.
- Desire to succeed.
- Entrepreneurial outlook.
