Note: You must hold an NVQ level 2 or above in a plumbing discipline OR WRAS.
The Client recruiting for a Leak Detection Plumber:

Your Role as a Leak Detection Plumber:
- In this field-based role, you will be covering a territory daily. Visiting domestic and commercial properties.
- Using specialist equipment such as tracer gases, acoustic devices, CCTV, dyes, and thermal imaging technology to locate water leaks.
- Utilising your existing plumbing skills to repair leaks once located.
- You must be NVQ qualified to sign off on works.
- Keeping the customer informed throughout.
- 40 hour week, Monday - Friday with overtime available.
Ideal Background for the Leak Detection Plumber Position:
- You’ll have a formal plumbing qualification for this role; NVQ level 2 or above OR Water Regs. Note; Diplomas cannot be accepted as you will be expected to sign off your own work.
- Hardworking, practical & happy to travel.
- Strong verbal, written, and reading skills.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Right to work in the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided.
The Package for Leak Detection Plumber:
- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience (scope for more if you have used the equipment before).
- Full-time, permanent position.
- You will be trained on Leak Detection Equipment.
- Performance Bonus + Competitive Overtime.
- Door-to-door pay.
- Overtime at 1.5x Mon - Sat & 2x Sunday.
- Expensed vehicle, fuel card, pension, tools, uniform & full PPE & ongoing training.
- 25 days holiday plus stats.
