HR Advisor – Food Manufacturing Drive Operational HR People Plan | Support with Strategy The Opportunity Our client is a leading food manufacturer looking for their next hire to support the Head of People to drive the overall operational HR people plan, agenda and HR strategy. This role is ideal for an individual looking to further their career at a forward thinking business on a linear growth trajectory. What We’re Looking For * Degree-level education or equivalent / Member CIPD or equivalent experience – CIPD Level 3 or above * Min 3 years\’ experience of delivering generalist operational HR requirements. * Strong, broad communication skills. * Displays integrity, demonstrates enthusiasm and to show an approach of quality to all tasks.
