The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service, and adhering to health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: – Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. – Develop nutritious and appetizing meals tailored to meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents. – Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. – Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary requirements. – Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. – Collaborate with care home management to enhance residents\’ dining experience.
