Estate Surveyor

Interim Estate Surveyor Location: Bristol/Hybrid Rate: £400 – £450 per day (Umbrella) A Local Authority in Bristol is seeking an experienced Interim Estate Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in public sector property management. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse property portfolio including landlord & tenant matters, valuations, and general estate management. Progress cases independently and proactively to meet objectives and deadlines. Conduct site visits using a Council-provided vehicle. Requirements: Proven experience working within a Local Authority or similar public sector environment. Strong knowledge of property processes, legislation, and local authority frameworks. MRICS qualified (or equivalent) – ideally General Practice. Fully UK Driving Licence essential. Ideal Candidate: A confident and reliable professional who can hit the ground running. Strong all-round property expertise with excellent organisational and communication skills
