If this is you, I would love to hear from you!\\n\\nTeach Plus are currently working with a 'Good' primary school located in Camden who are seeking an interventions PPA teacher.\\n\\nThe school is committed to providing the best learning experiences for every child. Their aim is to provide a curriculum that meets the needs of all the pupils and prepare them for next stage in their learning.\\n\\nThey set and achieve high standards, through practical learning and a thematic approach to learning.\\n\\nAs an Interventions PPA Cover Teacher, you will be required to:\\n\\nIdentify each pupils struggles and assist them to get back on track\\nUnderstand and be able to use a range of strategies to deal with classroom behaviour as a whole and also individual behavioural needs; to promote effective behaviour.\\nProvide a calm, constructive working environment to enable the pupils to carry out the planned work/activities in the absence of the class teacher.\\nMark any completed work in accordance with the marking policy.\\nDeal with any immediate problems or emergencies within the class, according to the school's policies and procedures.
