Job Title: Project Administrator Location : Borehamwood Salary : £28,000 Hours : 9.00-5.30 Mon-Fri Benefits: 2 days WFH, 25 days holiday, attractive pension, 6% company bonus What you want to know about this employer · Hugely successful consultancy with projects all around the world and 35 years as the industry’s market leader · An extremely well organised, structured business with a warm family feel, a traditional yet down to earth culture Purpose of role Working closely with the Office Manager and Finance Manager to administer projects end to end Offering a business administration service to stakeholders, contractors, clients and project delivery team, supporting seamless workflow at each stage of the project. Key Responsibilities Booking travel – include requesting travel visas, travel letters, and appropriate declarations to authorities New projects – add folders and create trigger sheet. Complete requested documents Complete required research for new projects and record information Utilising client portals to upload requested forms and tender documents Support purchase of PPE and updating PPE register Assist with HR admin including liaising with outside entities regarding employment law matters Manage companies Social media pages Prepare project timesheets for input to project profitability reporting Support sales invoice preparation/Xero Support purchase invoice validation/Xero and carry out new supplier audit and bank verification Prepare closing bank balances reconciliation (Bank Statements, Xero) Prepare the emergency contact list and other monthly HR reports for payroll Person Specifications: Minimum of 5 years Administration experience Degree educated is beneficial but not essential Intermediate to advance word and Excel skills Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail Very results driven Tech Savvy and Analytical Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Crisp Recruitment Ltd is a local recruitment consultancy based in Hatfield .
