Technical Assistant – Key Responsibilities We\’re looking for a proactive Technical Assistant to support our technical team in maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and food safety. * Provide day-to-day technical support to suppliers, customers, and production teams * Carry out and record traceability tests to ensure product integrity * Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring the site is always audit-ready * Keep raw material specifications accurate and up to date * Handle customer complaints, from investigation to resolution, helping to drive improvements
