This role is a 6 month FTC and offers a thriving and varied working environment. Working hours are covered between Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with some flexibility on start times. Salary basic is based on £34k, this role does involved travel to support branches and therefore requires a full clean licence and car Job Duties Include: Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates Managing online job postings and ensuring they are engaging and informative Reviewing CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates Developing and implementing screening processes to ensure a fair selection process Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and cultural fit Working with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires Monitoring employee satisfaction and retention to reduce turnover Requirements: Experience within an Internal Recruitment or TA position Confidence and willingness to support branch managers Full clean licence Availability for a 6 month period Reasons to apply: Varied position to support different aspects of the business Family run business Opportunity to make an impact to the company This is a rare position that has come available with an established automotive business.
