This ongoing agency contract will focus on high-quality foundation, block, and beam works. Key Responsibilities: Foundation Works: Execute precision foundation preparations and set-ups tailored to project specifications. Block & Beam Works: Deliver expert craftsmanship in block and beam construction, ensuring structural integrity. Site Preparation: Carry out excavation and site clearance tasks efficiently and safely. Health & Safety Compliance: Rigorously adhere to all health and safety standards on site. Collaboration: Work cohesively with other site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Essential Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in groundworking, specifically within foundation, block, and beam works. CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is mandatory for this role.
