Finishing Manager

I\’m currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their major residential scheme in Basingstoke. The scheme compromises of traditional build houses. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 15/20 plots to handover, You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Senior Site Manager on site. You must have house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme. This is a Freelance role with possibility of a 12 month contract, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and payments are made via CIS.
