This role is 10pm – 6am shift Monday to Friday The Candidate * Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment. * Strong ability to coach and develop direct reports. * Experience working within FMCG/Manufacturing. * Experience using MS Office and SAP. The Role * Leading, managing and developing the team. * Ensure the efficient and effective running of the production lines. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality. * Ensure conformance with HSE legislation and company policy.
