Project Manager – Construction contractor – London My client, a Tier 2 Construction company that specialises in Reinforced Concrete frame projects, are currently recruiting for a Project Manager in London to join their team, with a preference for someone with a background in cut and carve projects. The Role & Requirements: * Exciting job opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and hard-working Project Manager. * You will be part of a team delivering various projects within London. * It is important for the successful candidate to have a team ethic as well as the ability to work independently. * Coordination with subcontractors to ensure safe completion of work. * Completing the project in compliance with the clients / stakeholder expectations of time and quality. * Must be a reliable and trustworthy person who has proven experience of performing in our ever-changing & challenging industry. * Contract Management. * Design Management & reviewing design v project budget. * Manage project resources. * Producing and approving cost reports. * Establish QA plans. * Adherence to strict H&S standards. * Strong references required. * Excellent communication skills. * Solid construction acumen. * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
