Residential Surveyor – Private Practice – Berkshire / Oxfordshire – £70-90k OTE We’re working with a highly reputable, long established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an additional full time Residential Surveyor as follows: * Ideally MRICS / FRICS qualified, but keen to hear from experienced AssocRICS qualified Surveyors too * Building Surveying background preferred, General Practice considered with good building pathology knowledge * Coverage of RG and OX postcodes (or one/the other to suit) with long established offices in both (should you wish to base yourself out of either) * Entirely private workload (no panel/lender work) * L2 and L3 Surveys alongside New Build Snagging Reports and Private Valuations for a range of purposes (Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial etc.) * Strictly low volume / high quality focus (either 1x Survey or 2-3 valuations per day) * Lots of repeat business / referral work from local agents * Business has been established over 50 years, highly regarded and therefore providing excellent security. * Longstanding friendly team, highly professional and inclusive Remuneration includes: * c£60k basic * £5400 car allowance * 15% of all fees (net of vat) in excess of low threshold * Future equity opportunity * BUPA * Life Insurance To express your interest or find out more (without obligation) please reply now for immediate consideration and further info
