Responsibilities will include the following:
- Welcoming clients, visitors and staff attending the Luton office
- Following visitor sign-in procedures when visitors arrive for meetings
- Monitoring of the suite of meeting rooms to ensure they are kept tidy and in good working order for all meetings
- Provision of appropriate refreshments within the meeting rooms as and when requested
- Supporting the setup of meeting rooms and catering for client and/or staff events
- Assisting with meeting room bookings
- Answering and directing incoming calls across both offices
- Directing enquiries to the relevant departments
- Ensuring attendance registers are printed and updated accordingly
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and arranging distribution of post internally
- Dealing with incoming deliveries
- Management of the Franking machine and liaison with Royal Mail
- Managing the ordering of stationery for Luton and Berkhamsted office
- Supporting in the ordering of supplies for the Berkhamsted office
- Binding of relevant documents
