Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and Spanish or French-speaking Sales Representative to support the Business Development Manager and contribute to the growth of their agrochemical distribution business. Your work will be instrumental in executing sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that products are readily available to meet market demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market share. Identify target markets and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring business continuity during the Manager's absence.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Use Spanish and French to engage with customers and distributors, expanding market reach in these regions.
  • Track sales performance, provide insights, and assist in strategic adjustments to optimise results.
  • Educate distributors and customers on product features and benefits to ensure effective sales and promotion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates.
  • Ensure efficient order processing and monitor stock levels to meet distributor demands.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasting, providing regular reports to management.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement.
