HSE & Facilities Manager – Food Manufacturing Support Site culture | Lead Strategy The Opportunity Our client is a leading food manufacturer looking for their next hire accountable for all management and implementation of the HSE Policies whilst having a clear oversight of the day-to-day operations of the engineering team. This role is ideal for a proven HSE Manager who can drive strategic planning/ someone who is ready to step into a managerial role. Key Responsibilities * To support the development of a strong H+S focused culture across site * Liaise with employees and sub contractors providing advice and guidance on HSE matters * Identify possible operational risks or opportunities. * Co-ordinate training reviews ensuring training records are always kept up to date. * Have a decent understanding of engineering practices + run day-to-day operations of engineering team What We’re Looking For * Significant experience in manufacturing and knowledge * Extensive knowledge in H+S legislation and best practice * Experience in leading engineering teams previously * Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Data analysis systems. * Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue and growth. * NEBOSH qualified What’s on Offer * Salary: £45,000-£48,000 * Opportunity to shape a growing business in a fast-moving sector. * Strong company culture, career development, and support
