Stores Operative | Watton | Full-Time, Permanent | £12.50ph Position 1 Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturing business in Watton, currently seeking a Stores Operative to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on stock control, goods inspection, and supporting workshop operations. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and store goods * Maintain inventory and update internal systems * Perform stock checks and assist with cycle counts * Prepare items for dispatch including masking and cleaning * Carry out basic dimensional and visual inspections (training provided) * Assist with general workshop tasks and forklift duties (training available) What We’re Looking For: * Organised and detail-focused with strong computer skills * Able to work both independently and as part of a team * Previous stores, inspection, or mechanical experience is an advantage * Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools is desirable * Driving licence preferred due to location Benefits: * Company pension scheme * Early finish every Friday * Cycle to work scheme * On-site parking * Sick pay Location: Watton Hours: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £12.50 per hour Interested?
