WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF THE FINANCE CONTROL ANALYST; * Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £50,000 DOE * Annual Performance related review and bonus * 25 Days Holiday – PLUS BANK HOLS * Flexible and Hybrid working AFTER PROBATION * Pension – which can be enhanced * Health Cover and Life Assurance * Retail / Gym and other Life Style Benefits SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE FINANCE CONTROL ANALYST; The Finance Control Analyst is for a self sufficient / self motivated character who can work unsupervised. You will work as part of a wider team of Risk Analysts so you will need to be able to build and maintain relationships – internally and externally. As the Analyst you will possess strong Financial and Analytical skills which will allow for problem solving and a creation of new solutions.
