Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for A Customer Service Advisor for a leading car dealership in Hedge End, Southampton. This is a Permanent position.  Responsibility as a Customer Service Advisor: You will be responsible for the inbound service and maintenance bookings Speaking to existing customers on the phone  Producing service plan quotes  Supporting the team with the goal of increasing customer retention Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service  Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor: Experience working in a similar role Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and being able to manage multiple appointments  Strong administration skills The Role: Working hours are Monday until Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break This role is offering £29,000 – £31,000 depending on experience  Permanent role Fantastic team environment  Opportunity for career development and progression opportunities  If you are interested in this Customer Service Advisor position, please apply below or get in touch with Amy at  Pertemps
