We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing Administrator to join our busy team in the vibrant town of Tiptree, Essex, CO5 0JA! As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing our stock and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, and managing supplier communications to ensure material availability. Your day-to-day tasks will include updating material details, monitoring outstanding orders, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. You will also conduct investigations regarding invoice queries and despatch notes, and support the overall procurement process to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to liaise with various departments will be essential to the success of your role. Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (flexibility is essential as overtime may be required).
