We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to assist with all general administration requirements for Veolia CHP Head Office and Field Personnel.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle general office administration and data processing via Infor system
- Manage customer quotes, digital filing, and create new unit folders
- Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings and overseas flights
- Organize events, meetings, and training sessions while maintaining training records
- Oversee visitor/contractor inductions and fleet management
- Process invoicing for breakdowns and manage contract enhancements/renewals
- Maintain compliance documentation, calibration registers, and safety communications
- Support Technical Manager with audits, manage office supplies, and handle various administrative duties as part of the Operational Support Team
- Completion of PQQ's (pre-qualification questionnaire)
- Contract administration
