Service Coordinator (Facilities Management)

Have you been working in Facilities Management? Maybe in Scheduling, Contracts Admin, Facilities Officer, FM Assistant, FM Admin, or similar client-facing role. If you\’re skilled and experienced in the following tasks then I want to hear from you: Dealing with callout requests for responsive repairs and remedial works Maintain PPM schedules and update service management systems Scheduling Engineer rotas and advising of any changes Placing job orders and tracking job progress Liaising with clients regarding permits, RAMS, materials, timelines, etc.This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) and based at offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The salary on offer is £26-28,000 depending on the skills and experience you can bring to the table here.
