They are currently looking to recruit a responsible individual to join their team based in London.
JOB PURPOSE
- Provide expertise and strong management to drive performance and to commission and/or deliver the Companies priorities and meet service targets.
- To register with Ofsted as the Responsible Individual for the Registered Children’s Homes and directly manage the Registered Managers to comply with the Ofsted regulations.
- To be accountable for and lead on the internal quality assurance across the Children’s Homes to deliver excellent care for children and young people, which improves outcomes, life chances and safeguards children and young people effectively.
- To oversee the Ofsted inspections in the Children’s Homes and develop the service these provide.
- Ensure the effective understanding and operation of any specific statutory or regulatory requirements as part of the Ofsted registration.
Person specification
- Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Must have a strong background of successful residential children’s home management in operation, preferably with strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Driving Licence is required.
