Assistant Site Manager - Volume House Building

I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a Volume House Builder in Suffolk, who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a development of 100 units in Lakenheath, Suffolk. Reporting to the established Site Manager the Contracts Manager and Construction Director have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future. Responsibilities: Managing health and safety Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets. Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish. Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site. Key Attributes: Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building. Fully conversant in NHBC standards. SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
