This busy department supports exhibitors for large trade shows with their requirements for the show. From power to flooring, furniture, electric and print/graphics as well as design and build for stands they are a turnkey solution and ensure each exhibitor is provided with a full range of services. Due to rapid expansion we are now supporting with the hire of an Assistant Account Manager to join the team!
This is a very customer focused role where you will pick up the client contact after the sale has been contracted and ensure a smooth service through to the exhibition day. Managing the account you will answer any queries, ensure the services are booked in and that the client is happy; you will also go on-site at shows to make sure the orders are correct and the clients have all that they need. Some evenings and weekend work will be required.
We are looking for an ideal background in exhibition / trade shows.
