Litigation Solicitor

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively within a team, has a client-focused approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills and has a solution-focused mindset. Location : Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse range of litigation cases, including employment, commercial, civil, and property disputes. Advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-action advice, mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including statements of case, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
