Position: Multi Tradesman Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Location: West/South Midlands based Contract: Temporary to Permanent (After 12 Weeks) Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card Provided We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Multi Tradesman to join a reputable repairs and maintenance contractor. This exciting opportunity is based within Social Housing, working on behalf of Birmingham City Council. As a Multi Tradesman, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works within residential properties. We are looking for a professional who is highly competent in a range of trades and has experience within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs and maintenance work across various trades, including Carpentry, basic Plumbing, Patch Plastering, and Painting. Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures. Complete jobs efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines.Essential Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence. Valid and active CSCS Card. NVQ Qualification or City & Guilds in a relevant trade. Experience working for a social housing contractor is preferred. Proven competency in Carpentry, basic Plumbing, Patch Plastering, and Painting.Benefits: Competitive pay rate of £20.00 per hour. Opportunity for a Permanent Contract after a successful 12-week probation period. Monday to Friday working hours.
