The opportunity:

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced EC&I Designer to join a leading engineering consultancy on a 12-month contract, working 40 hours per week under a hybrid working arrangement.

The role:

As an EC&I Designer, you will support the Lead and Senior Engineers in delivering Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) design work on single or multi-discipline EPCM or EPC projects, primarily within the Gas Transmission Major Project Programme. The projects typically involve the UK compressor station infrastructure and range from Concept Design (BP135G) through to Execution Design (T/PM/G/35).

This role will be based in Birchwood, Warrington on a 12-month contract.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Hybrid (office and remote)

Rate: £45.00 - £50.00 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) or PAYE equivalent

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Lead and Senior Engineers in delivering EC&I designs in line with project budgets and schedules.
  • Produce high-quality EC&I designs.
