The Role
You will be leading on BREEAM Assessments across a variety of commercial projects within Building Services. You will be a senior member of the team, mentoring junior consultants, engaging with clients to ensure project delivery and being involved with the wider sustainability and energy reduction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on Sustainability Assessments - especially BREEAM.
- Wider sustainability assessments and consultations, including WELL, Fitwell and more.
- Lead client and design team workshops.
- Develop sustainable design strategies and energy statements.
- Support junior team members' training and development.
About you
- Minimum BREEAM AP certification - BREEAM Assessor even better!
- Building Services industry background.
- Wider Sustainability and Net-zero consulting experience.
