Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for a Team Leader to work within a pet food factory located in Snetterton.
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07h00 - 17h00
Ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

The Team Leader is responsible for guiding and supporting a small team to achieve performance targets, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive work environment. This role involves day-to-day team management, coordination of tasks, coaching team members, and serving as a liaison between the team and upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Work: Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor Performance: Track individual and team performance, provide feedback, and report on progress to management.
- Motivate and Support Team Members: Encourage a positive team culture, provide coaching and training, and support development opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate when necessary.
- Communication: Serve as the communication bridge between team members and senior management; ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Reporting: Maintain records and prepare regular reports on team productivity, goals, and outcomes.
