Key Supervisor

Location: Kensington, London Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: 7am to 7pm (12-hour shifts) Pay Rates * First 10 hours: £18.00 per hour (CIS) * After 10 hours: £22.00 per hour (CIS) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Key Supervisor for a major construction project in Kensington. This is an immediate start opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently * Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and deliveries * Maintain high standards of health and safety on site * Liaise with site management and report on progress * Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards Requirements * Gold CSCS Card * SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) * First Aid at Work certification * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to work long shifts as required
