This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here in Luton. As our Housing and Property expert, you'll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained.
Providing a housing management service, you'll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts.
Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator in the Older People Service (Over 55s):
- Making sure that our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of, you'll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
- Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
- Where there is a need, you'll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
- Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you'll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.
- Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.
