At Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join as Instructions Manager and list properties for our residential sales team in Swindon.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent:
- Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for that step up and progress your career
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence
