We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Records Administrator based in Leighton Buzzard to join one of our clients on a part-time, ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Technical Records Administrator
- Ensure all technical documentation has been correctly drafted.
- Ensure products have been packed and that shipment details have been passed onto the logistics team.
- Assist in generating purchase orders.
- Generate budget quotes, cost estimates and technical reports.
- Ensure technical records are complete and closed out.
- Scan and index records and maintain a consistent index model.
Requirements for a successful Technical Records Administrator
- Experience in a technical administrative role previously.
- Technical Author background.
- Strong Administrative skills with experience drafting complex and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel with all-around good IT skills.
