General builders/Multi-traders Engineers

This is an exciting opportunity to join Coalesce Construction who are seeking General builders through the south east. We are seeking skilled and versatile General builders/Multi-traders/Painter & Decorators to carry out a wide range of works across the south east. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in at least two core trades (e.g. brick-laying, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating) and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship across both planned maintenance & project works. Key Responsibilities: * Perform day-to-day tasks & projects to a high standard. * Undertake multi-trade activities such as brick-laying, carpentry, building, painting, flooring and decorating. * Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and safe manner. * Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. * Liaise with clients in a professional manner. * Maintain accurate records of work completed, including job reports and materials used. * Provide support to other trades and team members as required. * Respond to emergency call-outs when necessary (on call rota) Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in multi-trade building roles. * Good working knowledge of building systems and relevant regulations. * Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively on-site. * Full UK driving licence * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
