General Foreman / Site Supervisor x 3, initially 3 months with potential of contract extension We are resourcing 3 freelance roles for experienced General Foreman / Site Supervisors to be based a short walk from Piccadilly Circus on a large hotel refurbishment. * The General Foreman / Site Supervisors will be responsible for Interpreting plans * Instructing information to direct labour and ensuring implementation. * Placing orders, receiving and distributing materials to specified sections for future work. * Interpreting, implementing and enforcing regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental and industry standards. * The General Foreman / Site Supervisors will also review the work of skilled trade’s workers and equipment operators. The successful General Foreman / Site Supervisors will be experienced in internal finishes and snagging * Capable of reading construction drawing. * Experienced in managing skilled labour. * Excellent communication skills and able to motivate staff, maintaining a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets; * Trades background * Making on the spot decisions; * General Foreman / Site Supervisor must have good interaction at all levels to ensure job requirements are met.
