E-Commerce Manager – Immediate Start
- Must be immediately available with experience as an E-Commerce Manager in the retail industry
- Initial temporary contract
- Located in South-West London, onsite at least 3 days/week
We are seeking an experienced, proactive E-Commerce Manager to join our client in an initial temporary contract, with potential to extend. You must be immediately available to commence and have experience as an E-Commerce/Merchandise Manager with strong retail industry experience.Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce on all key operational / strategic activities
- Develop a clear understanding of the website strategy, business objects, and act as the main point of contact for website/merchandising activities
- Schedule all website workload and requests
- Focus on production productivity, range optimisation, merchandising performance and revenue targets
- Data and inventory management, catalogue management, website configuration
- Trade reporting/analysis and understanding business trends
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance online shopping experience, boost traffic
Key requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience in an Ecommerce Manager role within B2C trading/digital content teams
- Ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and highly organised
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Track record of optimising CVR and AOV
- Ideally experience using SAP, Power Bi, Salesforce, Google Analytics
