Our client is looking to recruit several Order Pickers to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
- Using scanners, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment and to ensure that inventory is managed accurately
- Safely picking items from shelves
- Packaging completed orders in protective bubble wrap and cardboard boxes to protect them during shipment
- Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork to allow efficient tracking of orders
- Unloading deliveries from delivery lorries and assisting with the distribution of goods to their correct storage locations
- Restocking shelves using items from storage areas to ensure inventories are always full
- Meeting picking speed and efficiency targets as specified by Supervisors
- Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary
All training provided
Shifts: 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Pay: £12.21 days, £13.21 nights.
